Subscription changed on Stripe but not on website
I subscribed to the standard tier using the new website and then realized that what I wanted is actually the early access tier. To change this, I used the Stripe url found under
Update payment method
on the account page instead of the ones found at Change my plan
. On the account page my plan is now listed as Standard
while Stripe displays Migaku Early Access
.
The invoice is still listed as Processing
on Stripe, so if that is the issue I apologize for making a post. Otherwise I can provide both my email address and the invoice number through a private message/email/whatever.2 Replies

The reason for this was a payment with SEPA direct payment, which takes some time to go through.
When that has happened, the subscription will activate 🙂
