Sound files not loading?
It's been a while since I've tried to make new cards from netflix.
Everything's working as normal until I actually try to use the cards on anki. The sound uploads alright, there's even informaiton in the "Sentence audio" and "Word audio" section, (such as [sound:1696824780208024.mp3]) but when i play the card, nothing. What should I do?

If you search your anki collection media folder, can you find a file under that name? (Omit the file extension for that search)

I can't find any files under that name
I'll try searching my whole PC for that file later

So is the audio working before its added to Anki? Meaning if you create a card and try to play the audio in the card creator, does it play?

Yes, it does play properly
But then the file disappears ig?
Even the screenshot is there on the anki card just no audio

Is everything up to date? Anki, Extension?
What browser are you using?

Everythings up to dateee. I use chrome
I had a problem in the past where it wouldnt screen record actually but it went away when I made a new chrome profile
