Browser Extension Not Connected
I just created an account, installed the browser extension, and installed the Anki add-on. I have logged into the browser extension, but the anki add-on still says that the browser extension is not connected.
I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Oh, I see. I don't know if you'd know this, but is there a way for me to cancel my free trial so I can come back when the app supports anki? Lack of Anki support kind throws a wrench in my workflow.

@Migaku Authentication Support can help you out!
If you're trying to figure out how to get cards from Anki into Migaku Memory, you can use the Legacy extension just to import your cards
But if you just want to hold off for a bit before using our new software, that's fine too 🙂
