Cannot select target language in Migaku Toolbar on YouTube
Starting a couple of days ago I've been unable to select a target language in the Migaku Toolbar on YouTube -- I can't seem to change the target from "Disabled", even though I know the video has accompanying subtitles. On the other hand I'm able to select a target language on Netflix, or on Youtube pages that aren't videos (e.g. search results), and seemingly most other websites. Would appreciate any help with this!

You are using Google Chrome?
Any other extension you use at the same time?
To make sure nothing else is interfering, trying it out on a new google chrome profile always helps.

Nope ive tried everything and nothing works
can we bump this, this still isnt working

Normally that should not be necessary, but have you tried another browser. I know for example that Opera GX also works.
You are not using some kind of VPN or so? Those (like nord) can also cause problems at times.

I have this same issue with the legacy migaku extension and the new 1.8 version
update it still doesn't work with all extensions turned off but it does work in incognito mode, however in theatre mode it cuts off like 20% of the screen at the top so I have to be in the small default view

Could you link to a YouTube video where this happens for you?

Have you tried on a new profile or in incognito mode?

it works in incognito

You can try deleting your cookies, that worked for someone.
For other people it workes when being logged out on YouTube. It seems to be in part related to YouTubes crackdown on Addblockers

i have exact same issue all extensions turned off doesn't work, but works when using incognito.
Signing out fixed it for me but thats frustrating, there isn't another fix?
