Word list shows up empty and doesn't get updated with word set to known/ignored

Hello, I use two chrome profile, one day-to-day usage and the other is Japanese oriented, I've been having this issue where known words don't register and my word list appears empty, I have the Migaku App on both profiles and although they're on the same Migaku version the word list appears properly on my non-Japanese learning chrome profile which might indicate an issue on my end
