Disappearing Ruby
Every other time I start my browser the ruby fails to appear. I have to disable and enable the plug-in and close and open the browser several times before it finally appears. This is costing me a lot of time.

Can you provide screenshots to show what mean? What ruby exactly?
The readings the extension provided only appear after parsing a page and not upon opening the browser

This, as far as I know, is called the ruby. The circular thing with the Migaku logo in it.

Oh you are talking about the toolbar!

Then what's the ruby????

Normally ruby is used as "ruby text" which is something like furigana over words in a web page

Well, calling a circle a "bar" is pretty confusing
Anyway, that thing, the circle, doesn't appear half the time
It's not a question of waiting
And it's not a question of specific pages
It might be a news website or YouTube or Netflix. It doesn't show up unless I turn it off and back on again. Sometimes it takes several tries

At first we need to make sure the basics are covered that often cause problems:
- Are you using Google Chrome? Other Chrome based browsers "work", but often have bugs, so to make sure that this is not the case Google Chrome is what should be used.
- Do you have any other extension installed? There are browsers extension that can interfer with ours and cause problems. The easiest way to check is to create fresh profile in Google Chrome and try it there.
- Try zooming out when that happens. For some people, sometimes it can end up of screen for some reason, and zooming our reveals it. Although that shouldn't happen constantly.

I'm using Chrome. I'll try zooming out next time it happens. As for other extensions: Yes, like everyone I have other extensions. Creating a fresh profile and going bug hunting is too much hassle. If the zoom thing doesn't work I'll just cancel my sub. Thanks for your help.

That is understandable, although it is often just a case of simply deactivating one extension and that fixes it. Like there is an extension that forces Netflix to 1080p, which sometimes causes trouble and deactivating it solves the issue
