getting this error when setting up the the anki addon macos

i've tried so far to install it manually through homebrew, but that doens't seem to resolve anything.

I'm new to macOS btw, so if this is a noob question my bad haha
It tries to download it everytime it's booted, audio recording and screen shotting doesn't work either
I got it fixed, apparently i can't download it on my network (or the few japanese one i tried) but when i hooked up a VPN to america it all worked out
