I'm not certain about on the app without checking, but from the website you want to first click on the collections icon (four squares) near the bottom of the page:

Then click on the deck you want to delete, and you'll see a list of cards in the deck.

At the top-right, there's a ... menu with a "Delete" option:

If you delete a deck from one of the premade courses, does all that info go away forever, or can you restart the deck later?

Right, I get that the study history is lost, but that's the point. You can delete a deck and start over fresh, right? As if you never did it before? The deck won't go away?
