Can't send anything to card creator
Have tried reinstalling and restarting my computer. But whenever I click on a word in the migaku dictonary to send to the card creator nothing happens. Also if I mine cards from netflix and try to send sentences from there into the card creator, it records the video/audio but none of the definition/sentence/audio clip etc get filled out.

Yes, me too, but I think I’m using early access. Issue both with iOS app and chrome on windows desktop!
the iOS app seemed to fix itself. The desktop app under Chrome works after uninstalling and reinstalling.

thanks for the advice, I already tried it but I guess I can try it again. Just to check you just redownloaded legacy on the chrome store right?
This still doesn't work for me unfortunately. Can't send words from neither the dictonary nor netflix. @Lucas (Yoga) Sorry I don't know if pinging you is most appropriate I am hoping to get this issue fixed

I may have been using the early access extension before, but now, it's 1.13.0 from the Chrome store. I select Memory, open a card on the Academy course, click on Send to Card Creator and whereas previously Card Creator did not open, ie. nothing happened, now Card Creator opens and I can create my card. Whether it works now because I'm using 1.13.0 rather than early access, or simply because I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I don't know. I'm still new to Migaku and still in my trial period so fingers crossed it stays working!

one thing I found, that you probably already know, is that it's not enough to have the extension installed and logged in, you also periodically need to open it, especially if it stops working! I don't know why it won't just stay open!!! I guess it's a work in progress. Any devs here to comment?

I appreciate the help, I've been using migaku for 3-4 years now and occassionally it stops working but I tend to just install or update it which normally fixes it. Out of habit I was reluctant to move to the new migaku but after installing it, my problems have been fixed. Good luck on your Japanese journey

@stan You are unable to send info to the card creator using the legacy extension?
@kchandler you only get this issue when creating cards from the course?
