dumb question, how do you disable the blurred sub?

Go to your migaku settings, general settings, scroll down to Text & Font Settings, secondary subtitles and disable 'Blur until hovered'

But then I am just seeing the text clearly, i mean like really disable so you only see the top sentence

Set the 'native' subtitle setting to disabled:
