Still unable to import cards via the Legacy addon (trying again as have been unable to for 6 months)
Same as before. Import cards still stuck on 0 for eternity when attempting to import cards into Legacy for known words. I have tried the suggested fixes multiple times, and it has worked on and off, but it has broken yet again.

Hey @Consum (Lou), can you help us out with some basic troubleshooting first?
1. What version of the Legacy extension are you running?
2. What browser are you using? Chrome? (If not Chrome, are you able to replicate the issue in Chrome?)
3. What OS are you on? Windows?
4. You mention a timeframe of up to 6 months of encountering this problem, could you give us some more details? It has worked intermittently in the last 6 months? It hasn't worked at all since 6 months ago?
5. Can you replicate this issue even if you temporarily disable all other extensions?
6. Do you have a VPN, proxy, firewall, or anything else that could be affecting your network connection in the mix?
7. Do you have multiple Migaku extensions installed? We have Legacy, Standard, and Early Access
FYI 6) can be a common culprit for interference with the Anki importer 👀

Hey yeah thats fine!
1: the latest one
2: I have tried importing with Chrome, Edge and Firefox. All 3 unfortunately have the same issue
3: Windows 11 latest
4: Intermittently. I eventually gave up trying to get it to work and It hasn't worked at all for atleast 4 months.
5: It doesnt work on any browser, even after reinstalling extensions and disabling/reenabling any of them
6: I have tried both with and without VPN
7: I have both legacy and standard, but I have tried with and without. Disabled, Enabled, Uninstalled etc
As an extra tidbit, I have tried reenabling and redisabling my hardware acceleration (obviously with restarts) and this has unfortunately made no difference
I posted on the other help area for standard that I was also unable to view my account information when logging into the Migaku website (it hangs forever and wont load), so I wonder if this has anything to do with it?

Is it possible theres a problem outside of VPNs with internet connections? I just logged into my account using my phone's mobile hotspot and Im able to see both my account information and word list correctly
when I use my home wifi, this information disappears
a bit like how if you turn on a VPN it causes issues
is it possible theres a network issue with the app deeper than VPN's?
Only reason I even thought to check not using my wifi is because im currently sat at my school in Japan, so I cant use the wifi there
however my Japanese wifi blocks access as if I were using a VPN
so I guess it works now? but only if I login with my mobile hotspot. This might be worth looking into in that if other people have the "cant import cards issue" it might be a network problem and not just a VPN
likewise, my friend's wifi also blocks access the same way as I have tried importing my cards round his house before
so, I doubt its like a firewall thing if all wifi's have the same problem. Ive also tried using the public station wifi
Update: I've just tried using another wifi in the school and it causes the same issues as before. I wonder if all Japanese wifis have an extra level of security on them? (firewall etc)

Will leave you in the hands of Julius/Joe for now, Julius can take a look at your account and see if anything stands out there as a starting point. Though indeed it does seem to somehow be related to Japanese WiFi (??) lol

so strange! thank you for your help either way though, without the whole "It might be issue 6" thing I woulkdnt have even thought to try my hotspot
nice to have a hotfix for my imports... its been driving me nuts for absolutely ages
