The Legacy Extension doesn't seem to work...again...
Did YouTube change their platform again, because I can't seem to find the legacy-extension-icon anymore, which means, I can no longer parce and mine the subtitles of Youtube videos. I just want to ask, if anybody else is experiencing this problem and if it is already under consideration by the mods.

work just fine here... there are 2 possibilities. Try zooming out to see if the icon isn't just outside the view (happened to me a couple of times)
the other possibility... which version of Chrome are you using? I'm running v129 and that works but there are reports of some users getting v130 early (it should be rolled out next week Wednesday) . There are issues caused by Google changes in v130
ok weirdly enough, I have tested with v130 just now and it's still working (but took a refresh or two).

I have the same problem. The Toolbar Icon seems to show up everywhere (including the Youtube start page for example) Except the Youtube player. I have Legacy Extension version 0.9.38.2 and ungoogled Chromium version 129.0.6668.100.
I set up Migaku a couple months ago and then it worked fine. Now I came back to it and it doesn't anymore

0.9.38.2 is quite old
there were a few fixes related to youtube
current legacy is 0.9.40.1

thanks, I updated and it's working now.
I didn't see the update because the chrome web store doesn't work properly with ungoogled chromium
