Is it possible to automatically resume after you drag the cursor out of the video area?
If I understand this correctly, the player auto pauses if the cursor gets into the video area, but then I need to manually hit play again

When you say player are you reffering to the legacy Migaku player? Or just a video sites on modern? If its the latter the only time the cursor would effect pausing is if you have 'Pause on subtitle hover'.option selected in your video option settings.
Maybe you could record a video to show what you mean

Yes thats actually the option I was looking for
And yes I was refering to sites like youtube or animelon
Also my good sir, how can I choose in which of my migaku decks to add a word? Right now every new word goes directly to my 1st deck

The option should be at the top left of the Migaku dictionary window
