See list of known words

Is there a way to see a list of "known" words? I can see it tells me how many I know but can I get a copy of this list?

I have the legacy installed in another profile so I can export my known words.

Okay, that's good to know! Thanks. Honestly, the lack of functionality in Migaku Memory sometimes gets a bit frustrating. I hope it continues to improve. The team is doing a great job, though. I do really love the app. It sounds a little tedious, I wonder why they haven't ported the functionality over. I'd be happy with just a text file or CSV, to be honest.

What kind of functionality are you most wanting to see?

Export functionality is pretty high on my list at the moment since I feel too limited by Migaku Memory in its current stage but if Migaku Memory wasn't making me feel limited I wouldn't care about export functionality. For Migaku Memory itself, I would like more control over my reviews and cards in my deck. I would like to be able to pull cards forward and bury cards in my deck to prioritise them better. I would like to be able to have functionality similar to folder decks in Anki where I can review a stack of decks in unison rather than one after the other. I would like to be able to reset cards if I feel like I have forgotten them completely and they are making my reviews difficult to complete. I also feel like the way cards get reviewed in Migaku Memory is inefficient. I find the cards are always in some kind of order, and when doing a review, my brain starts to remember the order of the cards with their meanings rather than focusing on the actual meaning of the card. I would like some kind of shuffle to happen where if I fail a card, it comes up again in a different order, maybe even before completing the first pass of the reviews. There is always a first pass of reviews and then a second pass. It's very easy for my brain to eliminate cards that I could get confused with another card because I have already seen them and I know which order it would be in. This feels more like gaming the review system rather than memorising the words. I feel like Migaku Memory still has a little ways to go, and with each update, I don't feel like it is getting much focus. This is why an export feature is higher on my list because I don't see Migaku Memory getting to where it needs to be for me anytime soon, unfortunately. Not that I wouldn't come back to it if it did have these features in the future either. It's very convenient to have all of this in one place but i feel more trapped in Migaku Memory since it feels like it's in an MVP stage still. This is not to say that Migaku Memory isn't working for me at all. It absolutely is. I just feel like I'm fighting with it a lot, and it limits what I would like to be able to do. Oh more ideas: - I like the functionality of it telling me I did all my reviews on a given day. It would be cool to also know when I also did all my new cards on a given day. I feel like the current functionality really incentivises me to do my reviews but doesn't incentivise me to do my new cards. - more stats in general is always nice.

@Dewstra I really appreciate you sharing those in depth thoughts. Exporting will def be coming, hopefully sooner than later. Some of these other features are more power-user centric but I understand their value, and we can hopefully introduce them in a way that won't take away from the core experience or confuse people. Shuffle/randomization is a very common piece of feedback that we get. There's def a lot more to come in the way of card rescheduling, and stats. Interesting point about the incentivizing reviews. I think it would be cool to have the option to set a target for "mined cards," "new cards," and "reviewed cards" and get some kind of positive feedback upon hitting them. I think a lot of this is valid feedback and much of it is worth doing at some point. Will be on our radar.

Thanks for hearing me out! I feel like a lot of this functionality will come it just gets a little annoying when it's not there and I feel like it should be. Looking forward to seeing the app continue to grow.
