Disable 'Show All' on Android When Reviewing Cards

Is it possible to disable the 'Show All' prompt when reviewing? It is more annoying than useful, especially when the full card doesn't even take up half of the screen anyways. I have attached an example. This is an imported card from Anki, and it does contain a lot of HTML, for reference.
