Popup dictionary sometimes goes off screen when reading a website.

When reading online sometimes (and even occasionally in the reader, though it's rare) the popup dictionary will pop up above the word when it really shouldn't be. This often makes the top section of the dictionary difficult or impossible to see. I then have to zoom out a fair bit to see it. Sometimes refreshing the page will do the trick, though sometimes it has a bit of a mind of its own. Is there a way to perhaps reduce the size of the popup box, or ensure it opens below the word perhaps?

@Carrot you can resize the pop-up dict to your liking hover the corners, click and drag

thank you, but it seems to just make it wider or slimmer. I cant click the top corner because the top is fully offscreen, dragging from the bottom doesn't make it small enough to see.

You can click and drag the bottom corner. It should remember the sizing you use

the point is i dont want to make it super small first and then have a tiny dictionary all the time to account for the buggy popup window going way off page when 30% of the time it correctly goes below the word Also it's already at its smallest via corner drag.
