Marking some words as known in the Japanese Academy (moving them to a long interval right away)
I've been learning a bit of vocabulary and grammar before signing up for Migaku. I'd say I know maybe around 500 common words already. But I really like the Japanese Academy and it seems to be an excellent way for me to refresh my grammar while also "filling the gaps" and learning the remaining 1,400 words in the academy that I don't know yet.
But this means that, in particular in the first few lessons, I am encountering a lot of words I already know. For example, I certainly know that 買う means to buy and I don't need to be asked every other day what the は particle stands for. But it seems that I am forced to let every card graduate and even then it will appear in short intervals for a while.
Is there a way to mark certain cards as already known, so that they jump to a, say, 1 month interval right away? I know that I could just increase my learning limit to like 400 and skip through all the cards by hitting the checkmark button like a madman, but of course even among the first 400 cards there are probably around 50-80 that I don't know yet (and the same is true for a few grammar points).
TLDR: I want to skip through most of the first 300-400 cards of the Academy so I can get to the actually new stuff.
Thanks for your help!

@Fyber There is not a way to do this easily right now, but it would be useful. What you can do is simply use a frequency list and add the first 500 words here

@FyberI think will only change how the words show up in media and have no effect on the SRS frequency. But you could probably mark the words as known manually or through this list import and then just delete the cards so you never see them on SRS.

Ya I should have read more carefully.
The only thing you can do currently is just delete some of those cards that you already know well

Thanks for your help! I actually didn't notice that there is an option to delete cards. That'll work for now as a workaround (I'll just have to be very confident that I know the words, since "just pushing them a month" would mean I'll eventually have to own up to my claim that I know the words 🙂 ). I'll put it in the ideas channel (but of course understand that this isn't a high priority feature, more like a nice to have).
