How do take existing anki deck or csv into a Migaku Type Card?

Hi all I am curious how to make convert cards or make cards to be like what is in the screenshot to the right (from a converted tango deck I found) but with an existing deck or csv. I think I want the hover option to give furigana and also parse the kanji to give the rtk story if thats an option. I also want it embedded in the card so it works on the phone like the (legacy?) migaku deck I downloaded seems to do. I am curious though I don't see the option to parse the kanji with the new migaku anki add on like chatgpt says should show up. It says all I should have to do is highlight the cards in a deck and do: -Right-click on the selected cards and choose Migaku Japanese Tools → Parse Text. (but again the tools don't show up for me despite being downloaded) Is doing this in bulk only a legacy anki feature? Can I somehow do this in bulk in the browser and export it out? Again I have a csv or a deck that needs converting. Either way any tips or things I need to know to try to get this working? Also I have the Kanji God add on but seemingly the parsing / fully migaku-ifaction of cards (adding pitch color/line and info on hover) is just the japanese migaku add on right? I just bought lifetime btw and am excited thanks!
