App not loading on my phone and computer

Hey team! I'm having issues with the app on my phone and laptop. After reinstalling the app on my phone, the dictionary is not installing. The app on my computer is not working either. I've been using it only on my tablet, where it's working fine, and the new features are available. Do you have any suggestions?
