Question about kanji course

So i want to get back into learning kanji but when i previously used the migaku course there was some stuff i didnt like. for example i didnt like the fact that these cards counted towards my known words and i also didnt like the fact that when i was immersing the words from the kanji course showed that i already had a card for it in migaku. Is this still the case or can i maybe change this in the options anywhere? (Sorry for my bad explanation i hope it makes sense)

From my understanding they still count towards your known words? @HulK (ping reply me)|🇭🇰 (8k) If one of the target words in any of your cards match the word the parser is parsing, then it will say you have a card for it already. I’m pretty sure this counts for kanji deck cards as well

yea thats what keeping me from using the migaku course even though its well put together imo wish we could turn it off or at least when hovering over a word thats already in our migaku library it would say which deck it was in

@terryhintz5241 only academy course should count towards word count

So the kanji course cards also don't count as saved cards? Like when you hover over a word in the subtitles

@terryhintz5241 we fixed some months ago that fundamentals and kanji should not count towards known words. But we will soon release a fix to avoid marking kanji as "You have a card for this... "
