Unable to load or generate definitions, and subtitle generation not working

When i click the subtitle generation button, it just loads infinitely, and nothing happens, and definitions don't load either. all videos are affected. It was working fine until yesterday. restarting my pc, and reinstalling chrome did not fix the issue OS: Windows 11 Extension version: 1.25.0-earlyaccess.2 Browser: Chrome Some errors that i got. not sure if it's relevant or not
