Different cards available for review on mobile and in a browser on desktop
After I did some reviewing on an iPad I then continued on a desktop, and there are a couple of cards available for review on it, that weren't on mobile. Also the total reviewed number is different. On an iPhone now it displays the same thing as on an iPad earlier.

I’ve seen this reported before, did you make sure syncing was finished? (lil circle arrow that appears at the top right when syncing)

You mean syncing on an iPad or a browser? Brower version doesn't really sync it just opens, and my iPad evidently synced after the reviews, as my iPhone displays the same thing afterwards.
Just issued with syncing not being accurate on different devices
