Old Subscription Failed, in need of Subscription assistance

I noticed today this email on my email junk folder, and for some reason my usual credit card (that is working) failed and my subscription expired. I need help to renew my subscription with the old monthly value. Who I have to talk to? I know that this happened before to other people so I came to fix my problem.
