Audio on mac not playing

Just got a mac and want to sentence mine , but when i previw the flashcard the audio does not play. I also have an error where ffmprobe and ffmpeg ??

@Animal not very clear what your issue is. Are you using Migaku Memory or Anki? What and where do you get the ffmpeg errors?
