Japanese parser is splitting the sentence to a dot that isn't the end of the sentence

Here, the parser is highlighting a sentence but the dot in "31.1" isn't the end of the previous sentence. I know that the parser is being improved currently, just wanted to report this in case it's useful when improving it.
