Generating subtitles for private Youtube videos
Hi, I recorded some of my Mandarin online classes and I want to easily create flashcards out of them.
I thought I would try and upload them to Youtube as private video to generate the subtitles. However, it says ":( Subtitle generation not available for this video"
Is there a limitation here that the video must be public for it to generate?
Perhaps there is a different way to do this?

I think it has to be public or unlisted @HulK
