You need to go to Note types > select the note type > Migaku options then enable what needs to be enabled.
The issue is every time the Migaku Anki extension gets updated, all the Chinese Migaku options get disabled. The Migaku dev team should fix this.

are the anki cards created automatically from your decks in migaku?
What do you mean? You can’t send cards in Migaku to Anki, only when the card is first created can you send it

I guess their website? Idk I don’t have a link it’s just how it works. When you first create the card, you can send it to Anki or MM. Once it’s in MM you can’t send it to Anki later. And on mobile you can only send to MM currently
