Your settings have hidden subtitles

I am facing a problem that I cant see the subtitles anymore. Testes with german and english. I get in the subtitles zone only the message „Your settings have hidden subtitles“. I checked the settings and everything seems to be correct. The subtitles are not hidden and I set a target language. Any help? Thank you 🙂
