Subscription didn’t renew automatically
Hello, today I was suddenly logged out of the app and when I tried to login again it told me "You currently do not have an active subscription." So I checked my billing history on the website and indeed I was supposed to be charged yesterday but I wasn't and I don't get why I didn't receive any mail. I have been using migaku for 3 years and I had the old price which is 48$ is there a way to get my old subscription back?

Hi @K1000
Your bank declined the transaction for unknown reasons, but I have manually charged you with the same legacy pricing and you should be able to use Migaku again !
