Words in Clipboard going back to 'Known' status after you've marked them as 'Ignored'

I've been using the clipboard to try and mark names of people as ignored. However, if I close out of the Migaku app window and the clipboard, and then reopen them, the word status is right back to known for some reason. I also notice that when I mark the word as ignored, the word count doesn't change. This doesn't seem to happen for all words, but it has happened for quite a few non-TL words / names that I've without a doubt marked as ignored. I'm not sure if this is a Clipboard issue or something else.
