All French nouns have a grammatical gender, and you must know the gender of a word to speak French well. Learners typically have no choice but to memorize this information, but Migaku can help you acquire it intuitively. Whenever French words are displayed on your screen, Migaku will color the nouns pink if they are feminine and blue if they are masculine. If the word "raison" is always pink when you see it, over time you'll develop an intuitive understanding of its gender — it will eventually "feel" pink to you. We currently offer three display options: 1. Display no gender, if you're already an advanced learner 2. Display gender when hovering over a word, so you can quiz yourself 3.
