Japanese pitch accent syntax on Anki
I started using the current Migaku browser extension but I can't get some of the syntax to work on Anki. I think it's particularly affecting pitch accent. I selected "japanese" and enabled all syntax under "migaku options" for this card type but still did not work. Is there any other setting I'm missing to display these on Anki? Or is there a way to disable all syntax except furigana?
Pitch trainer question
I'm going through the pitch course and im being asked the 'select the correct pitch questions.' The question is am i meant to click and hit submit on what i first thought the answer to be because when i click the answer i think it is and the audio plays back to me its obvious whether i got it right or not, so if i click the wrong one i can just switch answer, but im not sure if thats actually what im meant to do since im questioning why you can even do that if youre actually meant to go with the first answer you picked.
I struggled writing this but i hope you'll understand my question....
Missing dictionary words
Sometimes there are words where Migaku says that no definitions were found, although they appear in jisho.org. This confuses me since Jisho uses JMdict (among others, but the others should be irrelevant in this case) which I also have installed for Migaku.
Why is this? Is the Migaku JMdict less complete than the version Jisho uses?...
Yomitan auto add curly braces to preserve space?
From looking at other threads here it seems like I have to add curly braces in the anki cards to preserve space but cards added via yomitan doesn't do this by default which means that every yomitan card needs to be manually modified to add curly braces at the start and end of the definition to preserve spaces when using the Migaku Japanese Note type. Is there a way to automate this?
In the attach image you can see that I have to manually add curly braces at the start and end of the definitions field otherwise it ends up like the second picture...
Dictionary Looks up Completely Different Word
Not sure if this is the right place, but I am confused as to how the dictionary chooses what to look up. Attached an image for example. The subtitle says 주세요, so why does the popup dictionary search for 줄다 instead?
Migaku Player Dual Subs
Is it possible to always show the secondary subtitle, even if the mouse isn't hovering? I want the secondary subtitle to show always.
