Does ChatGPT Speak Japanese?

We all know that ChatGPT can speak Japanese... but how well does it speak Japanese? To find out, we digitized a full copy of the highest level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test and gave it to ChatGPT: 25 vocab questions, 20 grammar questions, 25 reading comprehension questions, and 36 listening comprehension questions. In this video we'll go over how it did, provide some practical advice for taking the JLPT, and wrap up by talking about how you should and shouldn't use AI as a language learner.
