Migaku IOS app. Pitch-Accent diagramm

Does someone know if there is a way to show the pitch accent pattern like you are able to in Anki? For example the red one. You see where to accent/pitch drops. Is that able in the Migaku App? (2Pitcture shows how it looks in the app). It is no problem for the atamadaka but for the nakadaka (orange) I really would like to know where the pitch drops

How can I level-up my study?

Just a general question on study workflow. I've been studying simpified Chinese for a year now and quite casually. Dedicating approximately 30-45 Minutes per day in a mix of passive / active immersion (Netflix & Spotify Podcasts), The Migaku Academy Level 1 flashcards, reviewing mined flashcards, reading chairman bao articles, reviewing hanzi on Skritter, etc. Recently I've been dedicating more time to my Chinese study and wanting to take it to another level. When I explore the server, I read people talking about the advantages of things like learning IPA, Yomininja, and other programmes that appear difficult to set up or have a feeling that they're out of reach. I feel like I'm only dipping my toes in the water despite having a background in Japanese. I wanted to ask the more seasoned learners what you would recommend doing to take my study to that next level. Any help is much appreciated!...

Search for a subtitle inside youtube

Hi, is it possible to search up a word inside a video? I have a use case where I know I heard a specific word somewhere in a sentence but it's hard to find it in a 1 hour long video. Also this would be nice if you encounter a word, to find a native pronounciation similar to Youglish....

Does anyone know how to add JP subtitles using the new Migaku? I used to be able to add subtitles from Kitsunekko to Netflix with the old Migaku but I can't find that feature.

Don’t have access to YouTube on Mobile

Hi there, I see that the IOS Migaku app finally launched YouTube mobile sentence mining which is fantastic. However the app on my end hasn’t shown the option open YouTube from the sidebar. I have a lifetime subscription to Migaku which I believe grants me early access to these features. Thanks for all the help and for these great updates to Migaku....

Netflix Audio Condensor

I think the older version of migaku was able to rip entire episodes audio off netflix and condense it. Can the newer version not do this anymore? I can't seem to find the option.

How do you balance between free-flow immersion and intensive immersion?

Send to Anki problems

does anyone know a quickfix for when you click "send word to card creator" and then it starts recording, stops and does not send any information to card creator, and then persists in a hung state? I have already allowed recording, but what happens is that it will start recording and then stop and just show a canceled icon next to my cursor. I can't do the quick card create nor even the send to card creator. Also secondary question, is there a way to set default settings so that migaku never shows secodary english subtitles?...

How do take existing anki deck or csv into a Migaku Type Card?

Hi all I am curious how to make convert cards or make cards to be like what is in the screenshot to the right (from a converted tango deck I found) but with an existing deck or csv. I think I want the hover option to give furigana and also parse the kanji to give the rtk story if thats an option. I also want it embedded in the card so it works on the phone like the (legacy?) migaku deck I downloaded seems to do. I am curious though I don't see the option to parse the kanji with the new migaku anki add on like chatgpt says should show up. Issue with known status and "you have a card for this" for words that aren't target words.

How do you guys deal with that migaku marks words in your cards as known or as having a card already, even if they aren't the target words? I've mined around 300 cards so far and it's starting to become problematic, that entire sentences are marked in this way, when I don't actually know the words and they just happen to appear in sentences I've mined. I have to constantly double check on migaku memory to make sure, I actually have cards with these words and it's really eating into the time I'm trying to spend immersing. I can't find settings that would let me have only target words marked es known. Are there any?...

Payment question

Hello! Ive got a question regarding the payment method. Last year when I signed up for Migaku, I paid 48$ for a year of access, which is much cheaper than the current prices. Now that I've lost access due to my credit card not being active, I keep getting an email to update the billing info so that Migaku can charge off 48$. So does it mean that since I signed up last year, I get to keep the old prices? Or will it charge me for only X months based off the current price? Thanks in advance!
