Send to Anki problems

does anyone know a quickfix for when you click "send word to card creator" and then it starts recording, stops and does not send any information to card creator, and then persists in a hung state? I have already allowed recording, but what happens is that it will start recording and then stop and just show a canceled icon next to my cursor. I can't do the quick card create nor even the send to card creator. Also secondary question, is there a way to set default settings so that migaku never shows secodary english subtitles?...

How do take existing anki deck or csv into a Migaku Type Card?

Hi all I am curious how to make convert cards or make cards to be like what is in the screenshot to the right (from a converted tango deck I found) but with an existing deck or csv. I think I want the hover option to give furigana and also parse the kanji to give the rtk story if thats an option. I also want it embedded in the card so it works on the phone like the (legacy?) migaku deck I downloaded seems to do. I am curious though I don't see the option to parse the kanji with the new migaku anki add on like chatgpt says should show up. Issue with known status and "you have a card for this" for words that aren't target words.

How do you guys deal with that migaku marks words in your cards as known or as having a card already, even if they aren't the target words? I've mined around 300 cards so far and it's starting to become problematic, that entire sentences are marked in this way, when I don't actually know the words and they just happen to appear in sentences I've mined. I have to constantly double check on migaku memory to make sure, I actually have cards with these words and it's really eating into the time I'm trying to spend immersing. I can't find settings that would let me have only target words marked es known. Are there any?...

Payment question

Hello! Ive got a question regarding the payment method. Last year when I signed up for Migaku, I paid 48$ for a year of access, which is much cheaper than the current prices. Now that I've lost access due to my credit card not being active, I keep getting an email to update the billing info so that Migaku can charge off 48$. So does it mean that since I signed up last year, I get to keep the old prices? Or will it charge me for only X months based off the current price? Thanks in advance!

I notice sometimes abbreviation periods end sentences and sometimes they do not. What exactly determines the end?

Does Migaku work with Bilibili?

Chinese learner here. Bilibili has soft subs available, but only if you make an account (which requires a phone number). Before going through that palaver, does anyone know if it's compatible with BB/works on that site? Cheers!

Does importing anki cards into MM update word count / status?

A bit of a silly question that I'm sure has been asked before. If I import my Anki cards into MM, will my word count update? And will my word statuses update based on the current Anki intervals of each card? I essentially want to know if importing into MM would be a valid replacement / equivalent to the Word Browser Anki Import feature in Legacy?

Deck Reset

I tried to find an answer for this but I couldn't find any other in '24, hopefully I'm not asking something that was mentioned recently. Is it possible to reset a deck? I just imported an old anki deck from over 2 years ago that's focused on hanzi. I'd like to begin it from scratch if possible. Or do I have to reset it in anki and reimport?...

search selected text in card collection for migaku memory

On anki there was a a shortcut so that I could search up a word in my card collection. But I switched to migaku memory and I'm curious if there is such a feature on the new migaku memory. It really is time saver so if it isn't a thing yet please add it to memory as well.

Syntax not working correctly in anki

Set status to seen + plans

Is there a way to set words I have added to Anki to seen status as you could in legacy. For example, I just created a new note on Anki and on legacy I would highlight the word on the migaku browser and press "2" to set status to seen. Now 2 is tracking. Also are there any plans to have an anki sync on the new migaku app. I know it has been stated that all functions will be passed over, but this seems like one of the most important for many people. Thank you.

Speech recognition OR Subtitle generation function

In my knowledge, you guys are building and testing a feature to generate subtitles based on voice. Will this feature work for Netflix that already has subtitles? In many cases, Netflix subtitles are interrupted mid-sentence or are stuck on the previous sentence, so this feature is needed. Also, do you know when this feature for iOS will be available for Android on YouTube? I want to know before I pay for the Black Friday deals.

Stop card auto creation

I am trying to create audio cards and then transfer them to Anki. Sometimes the subtitles are inaccurate so I want to edit them before sending them to Anki, but it auto sends all cards before I can edit them. How do I stop that from happening?

adding already known vocabulary from anki before using migaku to learned status

i just started using migaku but have been anki to use vocabulary before, is there a way to make a list of all the words I learned from anki into a list that I can copy and paste into migaku so those words can appear as learned?
