Rented the Ringu Movie to study on youtube, now migaku wont give me any subtitles...
I just rented the ringu movie the first and second part to study japanese, and now migaku won´t give me any subtitles... it won´t even let me generate them. I am on my PC and am using the Chrome extension. Please can someone help me I dont want to have wasted money...

Video player ipadOS crashing
I was trying to do some mining from YouTube on my iPad Air, and this has worked well enough usual but suddenly when I was watching the recommended content from the advanced playlist (until dawn) it tells me that my subtitle settings are off when they are not the, and the video contain subtitles but it doesn’t display in the player
I think migaku is charging me twice
I don't why, though I have cancelled the payment, it keeps trying to charge me twice. Here are the screenshots. Fortunately, I always disable online payments on my card.

Migaku Legacy - Multiple Audio Files (Repost from questions channel)
Reposting here as it seems like this is a bug rather than a "me problem".
Hi all, just got Migaku. Trying to batch create cards. For some reason, despite disable all but a few dictionaries I get a billion audio files. How do I make it so only a few audio files populate?
I know I have multiple words, but there are also multiple audio files for one word. (I also couldn't find the legacy extension tag so I just tagged "Browser Extension")...
Moved anki+ migaku to new computer, got error

Japanese parser is splitting the sentence to a dot that isn't the end of the sentence
Here, the parser is highlighting a sentence but the dot in "31.1" isn't the end of the previous sentence. I know that the parser is being improved currently, just wanted to report this in case it's useful when improving it.
Dictionary order not respected in Chinese
I've attached two images which shows my dictionary order and an example lookup respectively. As can be seen in the image, even though my monolingual dictionaries should be at the top instead the English dictionaries are at the top. Furthermore, even within the monolingual and english dictionaries the ordering of each respective dictionary is out of order. Reorganizing makes no difference. IOS dictionary feature broken
For several days snow, the IOS app is not working properly. When I click a word to see the dictionary, sample sentences, etc, it won’t load. I am only using the academy features for now and mainly use it on my phone so this is really bothersome. I have tried to delete and reinstall, change my internet, and completely close out/restart and it is still not working.
