Anki importing problem
I just got the Anki extension yesterday. When I import from Migaku the syntax shows up with Furigana and pitch accent in brackets in Anki as well. I thought it would show up above the kanji. I cannot figure out how to do that or to remove the Furigana and pitch accent information all together. Thanks

You probably want to play around with these options.
Go to Tools > Manage Note Types > Select your note type > Click Migaku Options button

I am still getting this. I turned all of the Furigana and pitch accent to hover

Could be a problem with a custom note type and the migaku javascript not sticking. Or some sort of conflict. I'm not exactly sure how to solve this. The easiest solution is to just use the Migaku Note Type and modify that to your liking. I'm really not sure.
