Account & Billing
It's simple!
- Log in to your Migaku account.
- In your account settings, locate the "Email address" field.
- Enter your new email address.
- Click "Update information" to save the changes.

- Visit our Feedback & Support page.
- Select "Account" and then "Report an issue".
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible about the problem you're experiencing.
Alternatively, you can post in the #report-an-issue channel on our Discord server.
Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible to help you regain access to your account.
- Log in to your Migaku account.
- Go to your account settings.
- Locate the "Subscription" section.
- Click on "Change my plan".
- Below your current plan details, you'll find the "Cancel plan" button.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Please note that canceling your subscription will stop future recurring payments, but you'll still have access to Migaku until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Log in to your Migaku account.
- Go to your account settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click on "Delete account".
- Follow the prompts to confirm your account deletion.
Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including flashcards and progress, will be erased. If you have any concerns or questions before deleting your account, feel free to contact our support team.
