Importing anki cards to mm every day
Since Migaku does not natively support Amazon Prime, I am using ASBPlayer and Anki to make my cards from Amazon Prime, and would like to import them into Migaku using the old extension.
My question is: when importing these cards, will the Migaku algorithm be changed? Is there any risk of compromising the performance or effectiveness of the MM? I plan to make cards and export them to Migaku memory every day.
Also, should I use Migaku's default card template for Anki or can I use my own template? and when importing these cards, will the screenshots and audio also be imported or just the words? Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks in advance for your help!...
How to access the Migaku Reader
So, I've created a word-document with a bunch of Chinese words I'd like to convert into Anki cards. My plan was: 1. Put the list into the Migaku reader 2. Have Migaku parse all the words (and add definitions) 3. Export to Anki. Here's the problem: I can't seem to access the Reader of the Legacy Migaku version any more and all my attempts to create a text, that the new Migaku version can parse have been in vain. What shall I do now, boys?
Italian or Russian supports still in the works ?
Hi ! I bought Migaku last year to help me with my high-ish intermediary German, which has massively improved in the meantime ! In fact, I stopped using Migaku a few months ago because I feel like I read fluently enough to where it wld slow me down more than anything.
I'm also learning Russian and Italian, and the fact that the website was teasing those two supports last year was a big factor in my decision to buy a long term subscription. However, nearly 18 months have passed and I don't see Italian or Russian support being announced any time soon. Is it still coming, or TBA ? Thx !...

Word audio on front of sentence audio card
Is it possible to have the word audio playing after the sentence audio on the front of sentence audio cards?
Sometimes my sentences are long and I forget which word the card was for :derp:

Two quick questions from a new user...
Hello, everybody! I am an N4-level learner looking to take the N3 test at the end of the year. LIke many others, I have a pre-existing Anki deck and would prefer to mine from Migaku and have those cards go into Anki. Is that possible? If so, could someone plea point me directly to an explanation of how to do that? My second question relates to Youtube. I'm a Youtube Premium user and don't normally see ads. However, when going to Youtube through Migaku just now I had to sit through ads to get to my content. My glimpse at Migaku beyond those adds looked extremely cool, but I need to know how to get to my own Youtube using the service if I'm going to use it.
If anybody could provide any help on these matters I would very much appreciate it.

How to specify which dictionaries to use in addon
Is there a way to limit the number of definitions/number of dictionaries used, or to specify which dicts to use when generating definitions with the new Anki addon??? You could do this with the old addon...

Automatically add explanation to 'Memo' field
Is there a way to automatically send the AI generated explanation of the word to the card that get's automatically built when you hit 'Q'?
I'd like to study without using the english definition of words and instead use the autogenerated explanation (which I can configure the prompt of in settings). It's a bit of a drag having to manually add it to the card every time...
Migaku optimization on older laptop
Desperate for help with persistent performance issues using the Migaku extension on my older Asus X409F laptop (12GB RAM).
Across all versions (legacy, early access), video playback on YouTube and Animelon is severely impacted when Migaku is active – it's either very slow, laggy, or the audio mutes. Not just video playback is affected, I can't even mine word on ttsu reader. This makes the extension almost unusable for videos, despite features I liked like the legacy reader and AI helper.
Since I don't see many similar reports, I suspect my laptop's hardware is the culprit. As a lifetime MIA Japanese subscriber, I really value this tool and want to get it working....
Audio on mac not playing
