Enable Recording completely mutes my tab

Hi, I'm new to Migaku, and I'm trying to record some sentence audio for Anki. Whenever I enable recording, the tab goes completely mute. I'm assuming this isn't indented as it would be very inconvenient to constantly toggle recording while watching content. I'm not really sure how to reproduce this as I've never had this feature fully working. Also, if it helps, all audio that gets exported is muted as well This is on Windows 10, Legacy extension Trial version This occurs on brave and chrome...

Renewal did not happen

Parsing not working properly Chrome

I tried pressing parsing button and it will show subtitles in target language but they are white/not colored, no known/unknown and I cannot search with dictionary or send to anki.

Import limit despite paying for lifetime

So i was trying to import my deck of 1000 cards, and i messed something up and so i deleted it and then tried again but now i got the message in the image. Do i have to wait awhile or is something wrong? i have a lifetime membership....

Sentence translation is wrong language

It's translating Japanese to Korean instead of English when I study Japanese. I am also studying Korean so I think that might be related to why it's choosing Korean.

I just recently joined Migaku. I found the ai explanation tool very useful. The problem is, when sending cards to anki, it doesn't include the ia explanation. The memory cards from the migaku app includes this feature. Is there something i can do?

Syntax and add-on functions rarely show up I just joined Migaku, mostly for the syntax add-on in Anki and am now having trouble enabling it. Any tips for newcomers? The video on how to set it up properly appears to have been removed from youtube......

Unreadable "Sentence" and "Target Word" Field in Anki

So, Migaku Legacy has been having a number of issues recently and so I decided to switch to the new version once and for all. I managed to setup Anki and stuff, so that my cards would be sent to Anki and not Migaku memory, and now the only thing that bothers me is that the "sentence" and "target word" fields would look like so: Is there any way I can get clear text without the bracket content?...

The Legacy Extension doesn't seem to work...again...

Did YouTube change their platform again, because I can't seem to find the legacy-extension-icon anymore, which means, I can no longer parce and mine the subtitles of Youtube videos. I just want to ask, if anybody else is experiencing this problem and if it is already under consideration by the mods.

Error Importing Anki Deck

On https://study.migaku.com/anki-import I get the popup: "You need to update the Migaku Add-on to the latest version." Using latest Brave, Migaku Extension, Anki and Anki Addon....

Charged for Migaku but no Subscription

I am not sure what is going on with my account. But I had auto renew on and then it stopped by itself for a few months. Then today I was charged again, which I am fine with but I logged into my account , to see that I do not have a subscription. Would someone be able to look into my account?

IOS App Clipboard Dictionary and Tools not loading

When selecting a word on the clipboard, I am unable to get translations, create a card, etc. The app appears to be stuck loading the tools. I have selected numerous words and checked my dictionary and default settings. It might just be my phone (Iphone 12mini) but I'm unsure and curious if anybody else has a similar problem?

Still unable to import cards via the Legacy addon (trying again as have been unable to for 6 months)

Same as before. Import cards still stuck on 0 for eternity when attempting to import cards into Legacy for known words. I have tried the suggested fixes multiple times, and it has worked on and off, but it has broken yet again.

YouTube Subtitles are out of sync.

Whenever I try to mine sentences from YouTube videos, the subs are completely out of sync. The subs usually start about 3 minutes later than they should, and do not appear properly with the spoken dialogue. I have tried this using both Japanese and Spanish, and have tried using both Chrome and Brave. I have had the same issue every time. downloading ffprobe/ffmpeg failed (OSX)

there have been a few previous posts about this but no clear solution. i have a m1 mac. tried uninstall and reinstalling anki. i also tried the thing with brew, but idk if ive done it right tbh. i also tried turning of firewall and i dont have a vpn. so whats the solution? would be much appreciated

wrong parsing

for example「これ」is parsed as atamadaka when it is actually heiban. Is there a way I can change the parsing to fix this? Is this also fixed in the new exentsion?

Migaku Toolbar not working on YT Videos

It works everywhere else but not on YouTube video pages. Works on the YT homepage too. Got a report that it was working fine till yesterday....
